What We Do

We build power within to create better outcomes for you and those around you. You will learn new skills and practices, reflect on what is and what you want your world to be, and put a plan into action with accountability.

We offer three online options to meet you and your wallet where you are, when you need it: weekly Support Sessions and Coaching Programs: Launch and Circles. This can be done as an individual, with a team, or in an organization.

Our Programs

Burnout is not just something that you overcome in a day, a week, or a month. It takes time, intention, and support to unpack our internal mindsets holding us back and to heal from the effects of the world around us.

Support Sessions

Join our FREE weekly Support Sessions to meet others who are discovering a better way to live.

During these sessions we will learn with each other and share our experience, strength, and hope to help us take action.

Healing Launch

This three-month small group program will help you build awareness and take action to build a better life for yourself: a life that is more centered and resilient, with better boundaries and supported in community.

In this small group experience of learning, engagement, and action with accountability and community, we’ll get you launched on your healing journey out of burnout and back to yourself again.

Healing Circle

The Healing Circle is a small group program that gives you a full year of support to fully process and heal from the effects of dysfunctions in our workplace and the world.

You are not alone in this process; you’re joining a community of people who are also working through their feelings of burnout and finding their way to heal so that the next iteration of ourselves can emerge.

Who We Are

Our guides provide sustainable practices that will help you to be more present in your work and home life. They have backgrounds in Social & Emotional Learning, Mindfulness, empathy, equity, inclusion, & Positive Psychology. They are trained in restorative and trauma-informed practices, as well as participated in and led a number of support and recovery groups, such as 12 Step Programs. Our guides not only facilitate this process, they are also practitioners in this work. Together, we will help you bring strategies into action and find a place to feel better.
